Because every wind chime and pinecone doll is handcrafted to order with love and care, we need a little time to prepare them for you.
Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to craft and package your order.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We ask for your patience and promise it will be worth the wait.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
Shipping Cost: Free
Estimated Delivery Time: 10-14 business days (depending on your location).
Note: While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Good News!)

We cover all customs and import taxes.
You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
