At Honey Life Studio, we want you to love every piece you receive. However, we understand that sometimes things might not work out. We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations under the following terms.

To ensure a smooth process, please keep these timeframes in mind:
Request a cancellation: Within 12 hours of purchase.
Contact us regarding a return: Within 7 days of delivery.
Ship items back: Within 60 days of delivery.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take full responsibility for the quality of our handcrafted products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
We will cover the return shipping costs for any faulty items.
3. Change of Mind & Exchanges
If the item has no quality problems but you simply want to return or replace it (e.g., personal preference):
We accept returns within 60 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
In this case, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
